Australasian Highland Dancing Champion Douglas McFarland will begin a new form of Highland Dance class in 2010 and EVERYONE is invited.

As an expansion of the current lesson schedule; Dougie invites you all to MacGregor Studio in West Gosford to tackle your fitness goals.

Whether you have danced at some stage in your life or never ever done any dance, whether your are fit now or wanting to get fit, regardless of your age, shape, fitness level, Dougie's Highland Fling Fitness Alternative classes for adults will provide an entertaining method of exercise and social networking.

Early indications are that these classes will become very popular. At just $5 pay at the door fee, the classes will be based that you can work at your own pace, constantly aiming to increase your fitness, strength and general physical condition.

With qualifications to teach Highland Dancing from the Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance, The United Kingdom Alliance and the Scottish Dancing Association of Australia, a competitive background which includes winning many championships both in Australia and abroad and already a successful teaching resume, Dougie will lead this class in his usual confident and entertaining manner.
