The dancers from the Veronica Law School of Highland Dancing have finished the championship season in smashing form, with 3 dancers taking top 4 placings in the NSW/ ACT Championships.
Kyle Marston, who has recently returned from a successful trip to Scotland where he qualified as one of the World's top 20 dancers, won the Adult Championship with 12 first placings from the 3 judges across the 4 dances. He also won the Eastern Australian Championship held in the same venue at St Scholastica's college in Glebe the day before.
Kate Campbell who also returned from Scotland, as a representative of the Gordy Wilson Memorial Fund, placed fourth in the NSW/ ACT Adult Championship, Kate walked away with a swag of trophies placing 6th in the Eastern Australian the day prior.
Hannah Polo returned to form to be placed 3rd in 13- 15 years Championship. Hannah, after spending the best part of the year recovering from injuries sustained in 2008, danced the best she has all year and is on schedule for a big 2010.
Other students from the school walked away with prizes in the minor categories, these results will be listed on the results page.
